This is a seminar forming part of the ongoing education programme provided by PIBA.  It is a seminar and discussion forum examining current quantum issues, recent changes and challenges faced by personal injury practitioners both Claimant and Defendant.   It will look at current issues such as how to deal with accommodation claims in the current climate; cost of investment advice; potential different quantum approaches and update on key quantum cases.  It will look at how to approach schedules and counterschedules.

Suitable for all calls.

1hr seminar, which will be followed by light refreshments.

Free to PIBA members and their pupils. No need to book.
