Speaker: Russell Wallman, Chief Executive of Queen’s Counsel Appointments, the Secretariat which supports the work of the independent Queen’s Counsel Selection Panel.

In this session PIBA members will hear guidance on and clarification about QC applications, the competencies required and be able to ask questions about the selection process.

If you are thinking about applying for silk in the future, have done so unsuccessfully in the past, or would just like to learn more about the selection process, do join the event. Based on previous years, the 2021 competition is likely to open in February, so this event is particularly well timed for those planning to apply in 2021. As this is a webinar, attendees will not be visible to one another and questions can be asked anonymously if members wish.
