PIBA / ELBA Webinar: Vulnerable parties and witnesses – what you need to know

ELBA and PIBA will be holding a joint webinar with His Honour Judge James Tayler, Senior Circuit Judge at the EAT, Martina Murphy (of 12KBW, on behalf of ELBA) and Peter Edwards (Devereux, on behalf of PIBA), to take place between 5:30pm and 6:30pm on Wednesday 23^rd March 2022.

HHJ Tayler, Martina and Peter will walk through the process of identifying when a participant in a case is vulnerable, ‘ground rules’ hearings and the involvement of registered intermediaries providing some practical tips and identifying potential pitfalls.

This is a joint ELBA/PIBA event and the subject matter should be invaluable for practitioners of all levels of call.
