The PIBA 2017 London Seminar Series continues with "Quantum: key principles and how to apply them”

1 hr seminar followed by drinks/nibbles.

 Topics to be covered:

• What does the case law boil down to? Five key points on recoverability
• The exercise of judgment
• A look at some worked examples and different scenarios:

• Career blockage
• Which discount factor for lost earnings?
• Two night carers or only one?
• Waking vs. sleeping night care?
• Which vehicle will suffice?
• The cost of a pool?
• New accommodation

You should determine how this fits into your individual CPD plan, but the following is a suggestion from PIBA:

Learning objective for CPD plans: to develop a better appreciation of some of the key principles of quantum in personal injury claims and how to apply them.

Learning rationale for CPD plans: to enable attendees to build upon their understanding of quantum, gain practical tips for application to everyday practice and learn how the principles may develop in the future.

Free to PIBA members and their pupils. No need to book. 1 hour of CPD accreditation (provider number 1728).
