PIBA Northern Circuit Spring Seminar - Martin Spencer J: Developments in Causation

We are delighted to announce that Mr Justice Martin Spencer has agreed to speak at this year's PIBA Northern Circuit Spring Seminar.  This will take place on the evening of Wednesday 15th May 2019.  The seminar will take place at Deans Court Chambers in Manchester and will be videolinked to 7 Harrington Street Chambers in Liverpool.

We hope to see as many PI practitioners from the circuit as possible in attendance.  Martin Spencer J has been involved in a number of significant personal injury cases recently and we are very fortunate that he has agreed to speak to us while he is on circuit.
