London Seminar - Fatal Accident claims after Knauer v MoJ
The PIBA 2016 London Seminar Series continues with "Fatal Accident claims after the Supreme Court’s decision in Knauer v MoJ ”
The seminar will be delivered by Harry Steinberg QC of 12 King's Bench Walk, who was Counsel at first instance and in the Supreme Court (led by Frank Burton QC) for the successful widower, Mr Knauer.
Free to PIBA members and their pupils. No need to book. 1 hour of CPD accreditation (provider number 1728). The seminar will be followed by light refreshments.
