Newly appointed Deputy Costs Judge Andrew Roy will be giving us an update on this highly controversial and ever-changing area.
Andrew will discuss the implications of the judgment in Ho v Adelekun handed down by the Supreme Court on 6 October.
We expect this seminar to be well attended and due to COVID restrictions and the limits on numbers, places will be on a first come, first served basis. The seminar will of course be recorded and uploaded to the website.
