Accessing the 2021 AGM

As previously indicated, our AGM will be held remotely on Wednesday 17^th March at 5pm. We will be using Teams – the link for joining is below. We hope to see as many of you as possible at the meeting.

In order for the meeting to proceed in orderly fashion you are kindly invited to ensure that microphones are muted and cameras are off when the meeting is in progress unless you are speaking.

There are a number of documents relevant to the AGM, which you will find on the same page of the PIBA website (here). Again, you will need to be logged in to access the documents.

You will see that the documents include a proposal to amend the constitution with two explanatory notes setting out the thinking behind the proposed amendments. The amendments are supported by the Executive Committee but it will be necessary to vote on the proposed amendments at the AGM.
