Practical hints and tips from the District Bench
The PIBA 2016 London Seminar Series continues with "Practical hints and tips from the District Bench’s perspective for advocates in both costs budgeting and interim hearing advocacy”
The seminar will be delivered by District Judge Nicholas Parfitt of the County Court at Central London and the Mayor’s and City of London Court. The seminar will be suitable for junior (and not so junior!) barristers and pupils who appear before District Judges in the County Courts and will cover advocacy before the District Bench generally as well as giving hints and tips on advocacy in costs budgeting and interim applications.
Free to PIBA members and their pupils. No need to book. 1 hour of CPD accreditation (provider number 1728). The seminar will be followed by light refreshments.
