Equal Pay Event

Please join us for our second event on Equal Pay which will be chaired by Judith Ayling KC, Co-Chair of the PIBA EDI committee.

PIBA is delighted to welcome a panel of speakers who will share their expertise and experience of the actions taken to address the income pay gap at the Bar:

Rachel Krys- Equality and Diversity Consultant to the Bar Council

Elizabeth Hodgson- Head of Parklane Plowden Chambers and member of PIBA

Lucy Burrows: Consultant and Member of the Reference Group for The Harman Review / Chair of the Institute of Barristers’ Clerks Equality, Diversity and Wellbeing Committee.

Kama Melly KC- Chair of the North Eastern Circuit Women’s Forum and Deputy Head of Park Square Barristers

Pankaj Madan- Race Relations Officer and member of EDI committee at 12 Kings Bench Walk and member of PIBA EDI committee.

The event will be a breakfast meeting from 8.30am and will be hosted in person at Parklane Plowden Chambers in Leeds. There will also be a remote option to attend.
