Toby Kempster

PIBA members will be saddened to hear about the sudden death of Toby Kempster, on 17 March 2023.

Toby was one of the founding members of Old Square Chambers and rose to be Deputy Head of Chambers. He had a successful practice in injury and employment work and many members will have come across him in those fields. They will recall him as a capable and courteous opponent with a warm sense of humour.
